​Cancellation Policy

 

I understand that sometimes plans change.

 

To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy; ​

 

Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

​

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

 

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us via phone, text, or email.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in genuine cases.

​Safeguarding & Client Policy

 

Your safety and wellbeing, as well as that of the therapist, are of the utmost importance. This policy is in place to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times.

Client Eligibility
Appointments are primarily offered to female clients. Male clients may be accepted by referral only from within my existing network. This policy is in place for safeguarding and personal safety reasons.

Professional Boundaries
All treatments provided are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or suggestion will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or if the therapist feels uncomfortable for any reason.

 

Respectful Environment
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the therapist at all times. This includes maintaining appropriate communication and personal conduct.

Confidentiality & Trust
All client information and referrals are treated with strict confidentiality and respect.

Health and Medical Conditions

​

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or recent treatment prior to your appointment. A consultation form will be sent via email prior to your appointment, and must be completed before your treatment can be carried out. This ensures your treatment is both safe and tailored to your individual needs. Some treatments may need to be adapted or postponed depending on your health.

Pregnancy Massage Policy

​

Pregnancy massage is offered after the first trimester (12 weeks). Please inform me of your stage of pregnancy at the time of booking so that your treatment can be tailored safely and comfortably

​

A consultation will be carried out prior to your appointment, and in some cases, GP or midwife approval may be required. Your comfort and safety are always the highest priority, and treatments will adapted accordingly

 

​​​Gift Vouchers 

​

Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be used within the stated expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash

​

Payment​​

 

I accept cash or payment via bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.​​​​​​​​​​​
